  • Our pricing depends on the level of support you need, but begin at only £7.99 per hour for ad-hoc projects or £299+VAT per month. We offer flexible packages for 10 hours, 20 hours or 40 hours per week. If you're interested in a custom package please request a quotefor a tailored pricing plan

  • Yes, we offer discounted rates for larger teams and bulk service packages. Please request a quote for details.

  • No, your assistant is not your employee. They are employed by AskChenai, and we handle all aspects of their salary, tax payments, and national security contributions. They work under our supervision to provide services to you. You simply receive an invoice for our services at the end of the month—no payroll, no HR headaches, just seamless support.

  • Yes! Your virtual services will be handled by the same assistant for consistency and efficiency. Whether you opt for 20 or 40 hours per week, your assistant will get to know your business and workflow. Your assistant only works on your tasks during the agreed-upon hours.

Hours and Work Arrangements FAQs

  • That’s your choice! AskChenai Assistants support clients worldwide and can work in any timezone.

  • Although 24/7 coverage is available, we don’t offer it by default. Your assistants are typically available for 2, 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week. Clients choose a dedicated time block, but the hours cannot be split across the day. If you need different coverage options, please contact us to discussyour needs.

  • Our office is a secure workspace in an upmarket suburb of Harare, equipped with:

    • Reliable infrastructure (consistent electricity and backup power)

    • High-speed WiFi

    • A professional, office-based environment

    This ensures that our assistants can work efficiently, securely, and without disruptions.

    Additionally, you’ll have a dedicated Client Success Manager to help with any aspect of your AskChenai experience.

    For high-priority enterprise clients, we offer Enterprise Priority Support, which guarantees a response within 10 minutes during business hours.
